Product & Design Development Training

Our weavers already had the skills, but this training helped them create more livelihood opportunities and build stronger women’s collectives. It focused on economic empowerment and improving weaving skill to increase their income.

The training covered everything from understanding the project process to quality control, standard sizes, color combinations, and designs for cushion covers, table mats, table runners, and bags. Master weavers guided and mentored others, promoting dignified work and leadership within the weaving community.
